Get involved in raising awareness of Carlow’s unique natural heritage. As part of a fund-raising strategy, the Drummin Bog Project, of St. Mullins, South Carlow is running an art event fundraiser 2nd December 2017, in VISUAL, Co. Carlow.

100 artists (from both the county and beyond) are very kindly donating a post-card sized artwork– drawings, watercolours, photographs, mixed media – which will be displayed in the gallery the week before the sale. All artworks will also be available to view on our website closer to the time.

All works are priced at €30 each, with the artists remaining anonymous until the sale is completed. A Christmas Stocking surprise of sorts!!

The sale will take place 5.30 – 7.00 pm 2nd December, 2017 in the foyer of VISUAL, Old Dublin Road, Carlow.

Please join us for an evening of fun, fund-raising and information on The Drummin Bog Project, a Carlow not-for-profit, voluntary organisation.

Artists  – we need your help!

We invite you  to create postcard artwork: we know this request will take time and energy, but we would very much appreciate your support. You’ll be doing your part to raise awareness about our natural heritage!

If you wish to take part, please let us know your address by emailing Jules at julesmichael.studio@gmail.com and we will post out directly the card and s.a.e.

Artworks may be on the card or on your preferred support and trimmed to size. They will need to be returned to us by Thursday 16^th November. Invites to the event will follow close to the time and we hope you will come along to what promises to be a great evening.
