I’ve been delighted to support Carlow-based artist Jules Michael and others who have helped developed the An Fraughan Children’s Art Exhibition for Drummin Bog: Drummond, Co. Carlow.

I’ve shared my eco-social art framework that I developed in Hollywood forest and knowledge of the art and ecology field with the Drummin Bog artists. Its been so inspiring to see the young children and their teachers so engaged with this special and environmentally important habitat, that until recently was little regarded in the the area. Hurrah for Carlow’s only raised bog, the only raised bog in the South East of Ireland.

The exhibition will be open on Thursday 6 June 2-3pm.
    All are very welcome!
